Stages, Screens, and In-betweens

Writer, creator, performer, editor, researcher (UCT, 2022)

Stages, Screens, and In-Betweens is an intermedial performance that probes the possibilities, frictions, and fissures between memories stored in home videos and the memories stored in the body.

Through the weaving of sound, video, and embodiment, the experimental performance offered a collage of childhood remembrance, collective memory, and contemplations about the intermedial performance form.

The project is a culmination of my two-year MA research in Theatre and Performance at UCT which resulted in distinction.
